About Industrial Marvels

Industrial Marvels is the U.S. execution partner for battery, micro-inverter, and energy-storage manufacturing lines. We handle line design, equipment procurement, on-site commissioning, retrofit, and ongoing field support — so your production runs on time, at spec, with local accountability.

Industrial Marvels was founded to close a critical gap in U.S. clean-energy manufacturing: the need for a domestic technical services partner that can bridge overseas equipment builders and American factory operations. As the U.S. rapidly scales battery, solar, and energy-storage production capacity, manufacturers need more than imported machines — they need a U.S.-based team that can design, commission, retrofit, and support production lines with local accountability and same-week response. That's what we built IM to do.

Who We Help

Built for clean-energy manufacturers, equipment builders, and operations teams.

Whether you're scaling a new production line, retrofitting for a next-gen product, or need a U.S. service partner for overseas-built equipment — IM is built for your use case.

Physical AI & digital twins

Every line we build runs twice: first in simulation, then on your floor.

Physical AI is AI that understands and acts in the real, physical world: robots, vision systems, and whole factories. IM is investing in a simulation-first delivery model. We build a physics-accurate digital twin of your line, prove it virtually, train its AI on synthetic data, and then commission it in the U.S. with our own field team.

Live sensor and quality data keep the twin current. It flags drift, predicts failures, and models your next retrofit while the line keeps producing.

  1. Capture

We turn CAD, equipment models, and on-site scans into one shared OpenUSD scene of your line, so engineering, the OEM, and operations all work from the same model.

  2. Simulate

We test layout, cycle time, robot reach, and material flow with physics-based simulation before anything ships.

  3. Train

We generate synthetic images of real defects, like bad TIM beads, weld spatter, and cell misalignment, to train AI vision inspection before you have production data.

  4. Commission

We run real PLC and robot programs against the twin (virtual commissioning), then our field team brings the line up on-site.

  5. Operate

We connect live line data back to the twin for predictive maintenance, retrofit planning, and continuous improvement.

OEM partner model

Your U.S. service arm for overseas-built automation equipment.

If you manufacture automation systems outside the U.S. and your end customers require a domestic technical service supplier — IM provides the on-the-ground execution capability you need.

The problem

U.S. battery and energy manufacturers increasingly require their overseas equipment suppliers to provide local, U.S.-based technical service — for installation, commissioning, warranty support, and ongoing field maintenance. Without a domestic service partner, OEMs risk losing contracts or facing procurement disqualification.

How IM solves it

IM registers as your approved U.S. technical service supplier within the end customer's procurement system. We handle all on-site work — installation, commissioning, warranty field service, preventive maintenance — under a U.S. entity with domestic invoicing, PO acceptance, and liability coverage.

Why Industrial Marvels

Why manufacturers choose IM over large global integrators or direct overseas suppliers.

U.S.-based response for overseas-built systems

Your equipment was built in Asia. Your factory is in Texas. When something stops running, you need somebody on-site this week — not in four weeks after a visa approval. That's us.

Bridge between Asian machine builders and U.S. factory execution

We work both sides of the supply chain. We speak the language of the machine builder and the language of the plant manager. IM coordinates what others struggle to integrate.

Retrofit-first mindset to preserve your capital investment

Most integrators want to sell you a new line. We ask first whether a retrofit can get you there — saving months and significant capital while upgrading to your next product generation.

Clean-energy manufacturing specialization

We work exclusively in battery, micro-inverter, and energy-storage automation. Narrow focus allows deep domain knowledge across the equipment, processes, and production standards specific to clean energy.

Executive ownership and high-touch coordination

You work directly with senior leadership. No hand-offs to junior teams. Every project has owner-level accountability from scoping through commissioning and ongoing support.

Speed, localization, and accountability

We mobilize field teams within days, not months. We carry U.S. liability, invoice domestically, and stand behind our work with warranty and ongoing service commitments.

Supplier readiness

Easy to engage. Ready to execute.

IM is structured for straightforward commercial engagement. Whether you're issuing a PO, onboarding a new supplier, or establishing a master service agreement — we're ready.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions from manufacturing and procurement teams.

What is physical AI, and how does it apply to my production line?

Physical AI is AI that perceives and acts in the physical world: robots, vision inspection, and autonomous material handling. On a production line, we use it in two ways. First, we build a digital twin of the line to simulate layout, throughput, and robot behavior before equipment ships. Second, we deploy AI at the station for inspection and predictive maintenance. The result is fewer surprises during commissioning and a line that keeps improving after handoff.

Do we need existing 3D models or a digital twin to get started?

No. We can start from equipment CAD, layout drawings, OEM models, or an on-site scan of your existing line, and bring them together into one OpenUSD-based twin. Most programs start with a Physical AI Readiness Sprint on a single line, then expand once the value is proven.

Do you provide only equipment, or also on-site installation and services?

We provide end-to-end delivery: equipment procurement, on-site installation, commissioning (FAT/SAT), production validation, and ongoing field technical services. We are not a reseller — we manage the full lifecycle from PO through production handoff and ongoing support.

Can you support overseas equipment makers with U.S.-based field service?

Yes. This is a core part of our model. If you manufacture automation equipment outside the U.S. and your end customers require a domestic service partner for installation, commissioning, warranty, and ongoing support, IM can serve as your registered U.S. technical service supplier — with domestic invoicing, PO acceptance, and on-site field engineering.

Can you retrofit existing production lines for new product generations?

Yes. Retrofit is one of our strongest capabilities. We engineer retrofit kits that convert existing lines to support new product platforms — for example, transitioning micro-inverter lines from one generation to the next. This approach preserves your capital investment and minimizes production downtime compared to a full line replacement.

Which industries and product types do you support?

We specialize exclusively in clean-energy manufacturing automation: battery pack assembly lines, solar micro-inverter production lines, energy-storage system assembly, and precision dispensing / TIM application systems. Our focus is narrow by design — it allows us to deliver deep technical expertise in the sectors we serve.

Do you provide field service coverage across the United States?

Yes. We have active coverage across the United States. Our field engineers can mobilize to customer sites within days for commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing support engagements.

Can you work under service agreements and purchase orders?

Yes. We are structured for standard commercial engagement. We accept purchase orders, execute master service agreements (MSAs), and provide all standard supplier onboarding documentation including W-9, insurance certificates, and capability statements. We invoice domestically in U.S. dollars.

How quickly can your field team mobilize for on-site work?

For active service regions, our field engineers can typically be on-site within the same week. For planned commissioning and installation projects, we coordinate schedules during the project planning phase to align with your production timeline.

Do you provide warranty and post-installation support?

Yes. All commissioned systems include warranty coverage. We also offer ongoing field service agreements for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and production optimization beyond the warranty period.

Can you coordinate between the OEM, factory, and local contractors?

Yes. Multi-party coordination is central to how we work. We manage the interface between your operations team, overseas equipment manufacturers, logistics providers, local electrical and mechanical contractors, and our own field engineering crews. This is where many projects fail — and it's where IM adds the most value.

Ready to discuss your automation or field-service needs?

Whether you're planning a new line, want to see it as a digital twin first, retrofitting for a product change, need U.S. field support for overseas equipment, or exploring a service partnership — start with a conversation.
